Lauren Taggart, Speech Language Pathologist

Lauren Taggart received her master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology at the University of South Alabama. She received her undergraduate degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences with minors in Family and Human Development / Global Health at Arizona State University. She is clinically certified by the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association. Lauren grew up in Chandler, AZ. However, spent time in both Alabama and Florida while her husband was active duty in the United States Air Force. 

 

Lauren has experience working with children from birth to early adulthood with a variety of communication disorders, delays, and disabilities. She has provided therapy in several settings including elementary, homes, ABA centers, and clinics. She has extensive experience working with children with Autism, speech sound disorders, and expressive/receptive language deficits. Prior to working as a speech-language pathologist, Lauren spent time working with neurodiverse children as a respite/ habilitation provider. 

 

In her spare time, she enjoys reading, spending time with friends/ family, trying new foods, and playing with her two cats Casper and Loki.
