The New Grad Mentor Program is a salaried, full-time position with a 9 to 12 month commitment.

 

The benefits of the program include the following:
 

• You are assigned a mentor throughout the program

• Your caseload starts at just 10 clients and builds slowly for a smoother transition

• Weekly meetings with your supervisor and other new grad(s) in order to discuss issues related directly to YOUR patients

• Observation opportunities with your mentor and other disciplines

• $500 CEU Reimbursement to help continue your education

• 80 accrued vacation/personal hours

• 6 paid holidays

• Group health, dental, and 401K
