Lisa Kathman - Speech/Language Pathologist

I graduated from ASU in 1997 with a Master of Science degree in Communication Disorders. My first job was in Tennessee working in home health, primarily kids aged birth to three. I then moved to St. Croix in the U.S. Virgin Islands and worked in preschools and headstarts with ages 3-5 years. Next, I moved up to school-aged children in both California and Arizona. I continue to work for a public school in Mesa, but realized I really miss working with families in the home. The opportunity to work directly with families and have consistent contact and the opportunity to share information with those most important in the child's life is an honor. I have been a part of the Cactus Pediatric Therapy team for 2 1/2 years now. My specialities are in language and articulation development.
