Cristy Ballard - Office Manager

Cristy Ballard graduated from Ohio University in 1995 with a Bachelors of Science in Communications, majoring in interpersonal communications with an emphasis on legal and political communications and a minor in advertising and marketing. She started her career in the Detroit area in healthcare marketing and human resources consulting. After spending several years utilizing her management skills at home and raising 3 wonderful children, Cristy moved to Phoenix in 2007. She joined Cactus Pediatric Therapy in December of 2007 and has loved experiencing the growth of the practice as it developed into Desert Valley Pediatric Therapy. Cristy is currently pursuing her Masters of Science in Management with a focus on healthcare administration through New England College. Cristy's goal as office manager of DVPT is to provide an environment where families and therapists are supported in an efficient and compassionate manner and to develop relationships which help DVPT fulfill the needs of the community.
